Just like our customers, we have the same standards of high quality. Every single strap from us has undergone multiple inspections to meet our product standards. 

If you find that there is a quality defect upon receiving the strap, or that the strap has been damaged during the shipping process, we are willing to refund the full amount. You will only need to keep the watch strap in it’s unused state complete with the original packaging, and contact us within 7 days after receipt. After verification, we will immediately arrange the return process and refund the full payment to your bank account or credit card (depending on the payment method used). 

Please note that the 100% full refund does not apply to circumstances other than the above, such as any colour difference or inconsistencies in the product. All products that have been used or have traces of use will not be able to be returned.

However, due to the difference in lighting configuration and positioning, it is inevitable that there may be some colour difference between the actual product and it’s picture. All colours will be subject to the actual product itself. For company policies, please forgive us for not being able to have return or exchange services.
